Can you charge solar lights with a black light when there is no sun? I have two solar lights that I use inside my home. We don't always have sun (cloudy a lot), so can I use a black light to charge the solar ones?

I just left Walmart with a pack of rechargeable batteries - the guy there said I can use these, and that they are the same thing as the ones my lights came with.
